Hippy Chick Yurt

Perfect staycation for DFW dwellers Positive: Hippy Chick Yurt was a well designed space with a nice curated retro vibe throughout! The property management thought of all the little details from towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. Hot tub is a nice and relaxing touch and then the deck grill with tables and seating is the perfect way to end your soak! Would be a perfect countryside retreat for anyone in the DFW looking to get away for a bit 😊 Negative: The closest food and convenience stores will be about a 15 minute drive, but that isn’t a huge draw back. The feeling of isolation and solitude is worth the drive!

This place is AMAZING!!! We had the best time walking trails, sitting in the hot tub, making a fire and connecting with the outdoors and each other!! Definitely go stay here for the most relaxing time! It had everything we needed and more!! Such a wonderful set up and the host was very helpful and communicative!! We will be back!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded and peaceful place to stay. Positive: Everything was just as described and presented in the pictures. The bed was soooo comfortable! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Negative: The only thing I can even think of is that we had a small kitchen trash can and no extra garbage bags. We cooked breakfast and dinner each night so we probably had more trash than normal.

Positive: Beautiful countryside, very nice quarters, quiet, no light pollution, absolutely wonderful!
